The hotel has a perfect location convenient to all the attractions in old town Williamsburg. The rooms were not as clean as expected, but they did accommodate my husband's disability with limited mobility. The service was very friendly and helpful, despite some lack of understanding of food intolerances and allergies. The dining experience, although changed a little each morning, was not my favorite. Overall, the hotel is doing its best to maintain a welcoming environment amidst certain shortcomings.
